Ewea Teresa is a Los Angeles based producer with roots in organizing and ethnic studies. After graduating from Stanford University, she worked in electoral politics before relocating to LA and transitioning into entertainment. She sees filmmaking as another way to foster the type of world she wishes to live in and is drawn to coming of self narratives, innovative worldbuilding, and explorations of love and melancholy. 

She has produced films that have played internationally at Slamdance and Fantaspoa, amongst others festivals. 

Ewea is committed to supporting women of color and queer filmmakers. She is a Film Independent Project Involve Fellow and Reel Champions Next Gen Mentee. She has previously worked for The Gotham Institute, Wattpad Webtoon Studios, and Paramount Pictures.
