Ewea Teresa is a Los Angeles based producer with roots in organizing and ethnic studies. After graduating from Stanford University, she worked in electoral politics before relocating to LA to begin her entertainment career. She sees filmmaking as another way to foster the type of world she wishes to live in and is drawn to coming of self narratives, innovative worldbuilding, and explorations of love and melancholy. As a multiply marginalized filmmaker, Ewea is committed to supporting Black, brown, and queer filmmakers.
 
Ewea is a Film Independent Project Involve Fellow and Reel Champions Next Gen Mentee. She has previously worked for The Gotham Institute, Wattpad Webtoon Studios, Paramount Pictures, and NBC Sports.
